Domestic United States orders $75 or more ship free.
Shipped orders:
Please allow 1 to 2 business days of processing time and up to 2-3 business days for package arrival for United States domestic orders. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. During holiday seasons and high volume sales periods, please be aware that shipping times may take longer than usual. Any delays in processing tiems will promptly be communicated with the customer.
International orders (outside the USA) may take between 1-2 weeks to arrive. Tracking information will be sent after order has been shipped out. Due to holiday seasons, please be advised that delays may occur.

Delivery Liability:

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges for beauty items, jewelry items, accessories, wig units, bodysuits or undergarments.
Clothing items only are returnable for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days. Customer must contact us before starting a return request. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Our in-depth refund policy can be found under our “Returns” page.
If your order is incorrect, please email us at info@ikonikidoll.com within 48 hours after you receive your order. We will do our best to make it right as customer service is our top priority.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you entered in an incorrect address, please review your order confirmation email. Notify us via email at ikonikidoll@yahoo.com to change the address. Please be prepared to submit an I.D. and reasoning for the change of address submission. No changes will be allowed after 2 hours of incorrect submission.
