Please be advised that all orders over $150 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

Please allow 1 day of processing time and 2-3 days for package arrival. Tracking information will be sent after order has been shipped out. Due to the holiday season, please be advised that delays may occur.

Custom jewelry orders take about 4-6 weeks to arrive to you.

 

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. Should this occur please contact your local USPS and provide them with the tracking number and they will assist you further. Ikonik Idoll is not to be held liable for any mishaps that take place after the order has been delivered to the postal office.
