Service Use & Modifications

We may update or cancel the Service or these terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Consent & Message Types

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Ikonik Idoll at the number you provided. These may include:

• Order updates, alerts, and service-related messages
• Promotional content like sales, cart reminders, and special offers

Consent is not required to make a purchase. Participation is completely voluntary.

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies. While Ikonik Idoll does not charge for this service, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Check with your provider for details.

How to Opt-Out

You may cancel at any time by texting STOP to IkonikIdoll or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message. You’ll receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless re-initiated by you.

Note: If you are subscribed to other Ikonik Idoll SMS programs, you’ll need to opt out of those separately.

Changes to Short Codes or Numbers

We may update the short code or phone number used for our Service. Messages sent to outdated numbers may not be received, and we are not responsible for missed opt-out or support requests sent to inactive numbers.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Number Validity

You must provide a valid mobile number. If you change your number, please opt in again with the new one.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for delayed or failed message delivery, errors in messaging, or any action taken based on message content.
