Shipping and Pickup Policy

Local Pickup orders:

We do our best to ensure your local pickup order is ready to pick up same day. In some cases, fulfillment could take up to 1 day. If you have questions, text us at (704) 612-6091. Please be prepared to show your I.D. for order pickup.

Sundays 9 am to 3 pm EST

Mondays and Tuesdays 4 pm to 8 pm EST

Wednesdays pickup hours 9 am to 8 pm EST

Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays pickup hours 3:45 pm-4:15 pm EST. These orders must be placed by 2 pm EST for same day pickup

Shipped orders:

Please allow 1 day of processing time and up to 3-4 days for package arrival for United States domestic orders.

International orders (outside the USA) may take between 1-2 weeks to arrive. Tracking information will be sent after order has been shipped out. Due to holiday seasons, please be advised that delays may occur.

Our custom jewelry pieces typically takes 4-5 weeks to arrive to our customers. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. Should this occur please contact your local USPS or FedEx and provide them with the tracking number and they will assist you further. Ikonik Idoll is not to be held liable for any mishaps that take place after the order has been delivered to the postal office. 

Please be advised that all orders over $150 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
