Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Generally, we strive to process orders within 1-2 business days with shipping time taking between 2-5 business days.

An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout after you select your preferred option.

Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you can select your country to check for shipping availability and associated costs.

Order & Returns

Order processing times may vary depending on the product and its availability. In general, we strive to process orders within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Clothing

Apparel items may be returned for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY within fourteen (14) days of delivery according to shipping confirmation. Customer will receive STORE CREDIT to be applied to next purchase. Customer is responsible for paying difference if exchanged item is more than item originally purchased. Ikonik Idoll will issue the difference in store credit if new exchanged item is less than item originally purchased. No refunds will be given unless we are at fault. Shipping fees originally paid by customer are not refundable. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for beauty items, jewelry items, wig units, accessories, bodysuits, undergarments, and bras. 

Clothing items must be in original condition with all tags attached for exchange to be accepted. Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and free of makeup stains and odors. Please allow us 2 business days after shipping items back to review your exchange request.


Items to be exchanged must be shipped back within 14 regular days and customer in responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate a return request, customer must contact Ikonik Idoll with 3 days after item is delivered via email at ikonikidoll@yahoo.com or by phone at

(704) 612-6091Customer must refrain from shipping item back without store approval first. 

Jewelry

No returns or exchanges allowed due to the nature of these items. No exceptions will be made.

Holiday Return Policy (effective during November 01st and December 31st) of each year

All sales ordered via this website are final and not able to be returned, exchanged, or issued a store credit. Returns are only allowed if you order via theTikTok shop. All clothing, jewelry, and accessory items purchased from customer during the Black Friday Holiday period up until December 31st are considered final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. 

If you would like to cancel your order, you may contact us via 24 hrs at ikonikidoll@yahoo.com.Please note this exception is only applied when the order has not been shipped yet. Custom jewelry orders CANNOT be cancelled after payment is made. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can resolve the issue. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. If we are not notified within 48 hours of you receiving the package, we are no longer liable for replacing the item. 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the size or color needed will be available at the time of contact however, we will assist you to the best of our ability.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges for beauty items, jewelry items, accessories, wig units, bodysuits or undergarments.

If your order is incorrect, please email us at info@ikonikidoll.com within 48 hrs after you receive your order. We will do our best to make it right as customer service is our top priority. 

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order before it ships. Please email us at ikonikidoll@yahoo.com as quickly as possible if you’d like to cancel your order. 

After the item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets acceptable terms within 24 hours at most. After return is approved, customers will receive a store credit in the form of a one time code. This code will be sent via email to the address provided during order purchase. Please note we do not issue refunds to the original payment method unless Ikonik Idoll is at fault.

Please email us at ikonikidoll@yaho.com within 72 hours after your package is delivered to start a return request. Once return request is granted, we will send you an email with our return address location. Customer is responsible for printing shipping label and customer is responsbile for paying all fees associated with returning the item.

Shipping Information

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship out. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business days please email us at ikonikidoll@yahoo.com.

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide based on your location and your preferred method. The average shipping time within the United States is 2 to 5 business days via USPS. International orders usually have a shipping time frame of 2 to 3 weeks with FedEx or UPS.

If you entered in an incorrect address, please review your order confirmation email. Notify us via email at ikonikidoll@yahoo.com to change the address. Please be prepared to submit an I.D. and reasoning for the change of address submission. No changes will be allowed after 2 hours of incorrect submission.

Custom Jewelry Questions

Our custom jewelry pieces typically takes 4-6 weeks to arrive to our customers. 

You can upload your photo from your device on our custom jewelry items by clicking the "Upload" button or you can email us your photo at ikonikidoll@yahoo.com along with your order number.

On the product page, select your customizations using our drop down menu. At checkout, in the "note" section, put the text as you want it to appear. For example, type GIRL if you want all caps or type Girl if you only want the first letter to be capital.

Keep jewelry away from water and moisture when possible. Avoid perfumes, swimming or showering in the products and keep the jewelry stored away when not wearing in a box or plastic bag for maximum durability.
